The shoes are from White House Black Market and I absolutely love them!
I only wanted a new pair of black pants for work.
I walked out of the store with 4 tops and some new shoes. Shoes I didn’t really need. However, they are super cute. I later rationalized the purchase to my husband. “They are my new spring work shoes and I really needed them!”
You see, this store that I went to has very helpful sales personnel. They bring you all sorts of stuff to the dressing room. Even stuff you didn’t ask them to bring. All I asked for was work pants. What I received was about 25 tops, 5 pairs of jeans, 10 pairs of pants and 2 pairs of shoes!
My poor daughter had this look on her face like…. you’ve got to be kidding me if you think i’m going to wait here while you try all this stuff on.
One hour into my journey to find some new work pants, I kindly told her to please stop bringing me stuff. Actually, I was getting very overwhelmed and I was getting very hot, a sure sign my blood pressure was on the rise. Time to go.
I am not sure if I dare to enter that store again. Maybe or maybe not. Either case, you have to admit… the shoes are pretty cute

The shoes are beautiful! Sorry about the overkill salespeople. I went to a store like that once. Only once. I did end up buying one thing more than what I went there for. And I was determined to never go there again. I do not like pushy salespeople and try as I might I couldn’t make her go away. Ugh!
