Skin Care ‘Quick Tips’ for your 20’s, 30’s, 40’s and 50’s Information below as provided by Dr. Marina Peredo
20’s Prevent and Protect
Your skin is in its prime now, it repairs rapidly and doesn’t show signs of aging (fine wrinkles or sagging) or sun damage (patchy pigmentation) Your skin care strategy is PREVENTION.
1. Cleanse twice a day 2. Apply sunblock daily…Moisturize with SPF #15 or higher for everyday use. Sunblock with SPF #30 for outdoor use. 3. Use moisturizers with antioxidants such as Vitamin E and C at night.
30’s Treat and Hydrate
