January is often a time of dry chapped lips and skin so we focus on fixing those problems in this January 2012 Beauty & Style Report
For those achy / chapped lips!
Just a few of our favorite Lip Balms
(and trust me it was hard to limit to just 4):
EOS Lip Balm, Burts Bees, Avon Moisture Therapy or Laura Mercier Lip Balm Pin It
You can’t go wrong with any of these products and we strongly suggest that you keep them handy in your pocketbook, office and anyplace you are regularly. That will keep those puckers looking good! EOS and Burts are conveniently available at your local drug store. The Laura Mercier comes with or without a tint of color and feels soooooo good!
Every day lovin’ for your dry skin!
You don’t have to spend big dollars to get your skin feeling soft and fabulous. For every day care Nivea is fine to keep your skin silky smooth and moisturized. What we love about Nivea is that it is affordable and won’t leave your skin feeling greasy.
For seriously dry skin we suggest placement of Aquaphor on only those spots that really need and you will see a difference in only a few days. If you have kids you likely already familiar with this life saving product!
For those that prefer to take it up a notch, still without breaking the bank, we suggest Philosophy Firming Body Emulsion. It has a light delicate fragrance that allows you to skip use of any additional fragrance or it is light enough so you can still apply your regular go-to. This one does double duty by ‘firming’ it up in all the right places which is exactly why we shop for the supersize at QVC 🙂
