Music – How to Burn a Song to CD using Windows Media Player

We like to use Windows Media Player as we find it the most easy way to burn songs to CD

Open Windows Media Player
From right hand side of page select the ‘BURN’ tab

Select the song you want to burn to a CD

Drag and Drop the song to the right (see arrow on screenshot)

Put CD into drive and select “Start Burn”

Wa La – you are done!

PS.  It’s always a good idea to test the CD to make sure it burned properly!

  1. Thanks for your post. Recently, I’ve been using RealPlayer for my CD/DVD burning. I love the finished product and most importantly it was easy and free to install. I’ve found there to be a number of both excellent CD audio burning software products available on the market as well as digital media players however, having one built-in to a combination player, downloader, and file format converter is a rare find. http://www.real.com/resources/how-to-burn-a-cd
