May 2012 Beauty & Style Report
1. ybf Neutralizing Creme Makeup
Our absolute new favorite for concealing blemishes and red spots. Perfect if you want to hide any red spider veins under or around your nose area. This lightweight creme helps color neutralize the appearance of redness and softens the appearance of lines and wrinkles. We also love the fact it is packaged in a sleek red small mirrored compact perfect for traveling with you in your makeup bag. The pricetag is super affordable at $24.00.
Girliemom discovered ybf on HSN but rumor has it you can also buy on Amazon, Walmart and Sephora.
2. Loreal Kerastase CRÈME OLÉO-CURL – for Thick and Curly Hair
We promised to deliver you the very best products for curly hair and this is one find that I am thrilled to share with you. If you have thick curly hair this is meant for you! Certainly, a must try!
By Loreal, Kerastase Nutritive Oleo-Curl for Thick and Curly Hair will leave your hair feeling soft and luxurious.
Apply this delicious smelling creme after you shampoo and condition and we suggest you allow your hair to air dry a bit before applying heat delivered thru a diffusor.
We’ve only spied this product in salons or high-end drug stores but you can most certainly find it on-line. We found it on Amazon priced at about $35.00 (worth every penny!)
If your curls are dry there is another variety for dry and curly hair as well. Want to read more about OLÉO-CURL ? just click here .
We first heard about the Lipstick Queen in the magazines but then sure enough there she appeared in QVC of course making it super easy to get her products into our homes. What attracted us to this product was the packaging. The tubes are so pretty you can’t help but fall in love before you even try them. Her lipsticks are delivered in two formulations: saint and sinners (don’t you just love that!).
The Saints are sheer and have only 10% pigment in them to give you a hint of color. The Sinners are 90% pigment and opaque in texture. Her two most popular colors are Medieval and Jean Queen.
Lipstick Queen is still a small start up company but keep your eyes out – this company is sure to grow!
